Richard’s early pharmacy career began by cleaning the parking lot, sweeping floors and stocking the shelves at his father’s pharmacy, CDS #7.
Richard attended Western Kentucky University for pre-pharmacy classes. He graduated from pharmacy school at the University of Kentucky in 1968. After graduation, he worked at his dad’s pharmacy until being drafted into the Army. In 1974, he and his dad opened CDS #10 at 1308 Ashley Circle. Richard and his wife, Judy, have three children (Darren and twin girls, Laura and Sara) and six grandchildren.
Richard has thoroughly enjoyed the relationships he has made through the pharmacy over the years. Thank you all for your friendship and support.
Darren grew up watching his grandfather and father care for their patients at CDS #7 and CDS #10. He decided to continue the family legacy and become a 4th generation pharmacist. He began helping his dad at CDS #10, delivering medicines, while attending Western Kentucky University. He graduated from the University of Kentucky College of Pharmacy in 1999.
Darren and his wife, Jane, have two children. In addition to spending quality time with his family, Darren likes to hunt and fish. He also likes to follow his favorite sports teams: UK and WKU basketball, the Dallas Cowboys football and the Boston Celtics.
Jane began her pharmacy training in the pre-pharmacy program at Hopkinsville Community College. She then attended the University of Kentucky College of Pharmacy and graduated in 1997.
After pharmacy school, Jane moved to Bowling Green where she met her husband Darren. They have two wonderful children. Between caring for her family, Jane enjoys photography, reading and following UK and WKU basketball.
Andrea began her pharmacist training in the pre-pharmacy program at Western Kentucky University. She then attended the University of Kentucky School of Pharmacy and graduated in 1991.
Andrea enjoys baking and flower gardening and watching scary movies! She is married to Chris, who is also a pharmacist. Their daughter, Rachel, is a student at WKU.
Prior to moving to Bowling Green, about 10 years ago, they lived in the Lake Barkley area. We're so glad they decided to move back to Bowling Green!
Sarah is an experienced pharmacy technician and diabetic shoe expert. She can help patients diagnosed with diabetes with helpful tips and teach them to use a glucometer. In her spare time, she enjoys movies and music. She loves bowling, swimming and playing board games.
Heather has been with us for over 14 years. Heather can be counted on to greet you with a ready smile and to help you locate over-the-counter medicines. She can also help you find or order the right scrubs. She enjoys getting to know our patients as individuals. Heather and her 12-year-old son love being outside exploring nature and enjoying everything the great outdoors has to offer.
Ashlee Daniel is a graduate of Western Kentucky University with a major in biology and agriculture. Ashlee is our go to person if you have any compounding questions. She is also the technician in charge of our Home Connections program. Ashlee and her husband, Scott, enjoy fishing and traveling. Since the birth of their son, they have been enjoying watching all of his “firsts” and simply treasuring every moment with him.
Stacey is new to our pharmacy but she has been working as a pharmacy technician since graduation. She is married and has a fun-loving dog named Murdock. On her days off, she enjoys playing with Murdock and spending time outdoors walking or working with her family’s horses. She enjoys sewing and quilting. Her favorite thing is to spend time with family and she makes our patients feel like family.
Julie is married and has one daughter and two beautiful grandchildren! She enjoys crochet, cross stitch, sewing, working on the computer and traveling. You'll find Julie at the drive thru or the front register where she will usually be able to call you by name. Julie is known for providing excellent customer service.
Ronnie delivers medicines for our patients. He is a semi-retired, former remodeling worker. He has been married to Twila Cox for 46 years and they currently have five grandchildren. Ronnie likes fishing and sometimes playing practical jokes! He enjoys bringing a smile to your face.
Larry began delivering medication to our patients after retiring from a 38-year sales career. He is married and has three children and four grandchildren. Larry is a native of Bowling Green. He enjoys traveling and spending time with his children and grandchildren.
